Callling financial experts, Average ga oka 800K plus home ki mortgage payment average $5.5k per month ostundi..

our monthly take home net is $10k after all 401k, health insurance,  other deductions .. blah blah

What do you suggest ?

For example if any one in family gets laid off, in that case net amount will be less. how are people able to make these financial decisions.

Naa analysis prakaaram anywhere between 20-30% of you net income wouldn't be a bad idea bro...

My mortgage percentage compared to the year I bought my house to present reduced from 35% to 20%..

ya additonal tax on top of property tax

MUD (Municipal Utility District)

PID (Public Improvement District)

basic ga infrastructure leni chota community unte ,  first developer will develop using MUD/PID tax and once it is developed , city will take over...

MUD will stay for 30 years or so
