Comparing a project for a economy of 20,000 bil $ to an economy of 160 bil $

a state with lowest literacy rate of india  has many other needs that needs to be fulfilled before building a fancy real estate project

if TDP is actually serious about planned cities then they should implement masterplan for every existing city in AP first.  Remove encroachments , demolish illegal structures and build basic infrastructure like footpaths , drains , water lines in existing cities

then people will get behind you

No one can change existing cities.. they can only improve a little bit.. it leads to lot of legal issues and long court battles… even China is building new cities..

any development needs lot of political will and consensus across political lines.. China’s leadership is great in this matter. in US and India, we have all become tribal and totally oppose whatever the other party proposed or intends to do.. so when ruling party changes, they just ruin whatever was built before and start afresh at a different place..

If you can't improve existing places then why are even talking about planning ? Most of those violations took place when you ruled for the majority of the last 4 decades

People will naturally oppose if you are concentrating everything in one place , that is the point of democracy. build planned spaces everywhere then if you really mean it.

With proper political direction we can also do it. we built hi tech city from nothing.

Despite AP being the state with least literacy we have supplied the highest number of IT  developers.

Yes - everything must be built everywhere at the same time. Humans should live in their jungles and development should come to jungles they wont move to cities.

In China, land is owned by the state. They can do anything they want. In India, land is owned by private people and they can oppose or dispute any changes the govt want to make. Major roads widen chesinapudu, lot of ppl lose their homes, businesses, livelihood, etc. so people oppose it. So there are limits to what govt can do to improve the existing layouts in the cities..

manaku India lo proper urban planning ledu first nunchi..

Hyderabad was the 5th biggest city and major revenue generator when liberalisation started

You can't compare it with a castesit hellhole with horrible weather like amaravathi/vijaywada. No one outside krishna /guntur will move to that place over existing cities unless state govt subsidies the hell out of its infra ignoring everyone else

People paying taxes should expect similar development .  Krishna/guntur pay little more than average and they deserve whatever proportionate funds

I am not asking that srikakulam should have the same development as vizag , it should be proportional to their contribution
