Paxlovid contains nirmatrelvir/ritonavir both of which belong to class called protease inhibitors. These are anti retroviral medications, used in HIV and Hepatitis treatment. These class of products have their own side effects, which can even affect your liver and kidneys (in serious cases). I'm not a doctor but I work in  reg.affairs (pharmacist by qualification), so I'm sort of versed with drugs. I wouldn't recommend these. You are much better off popping Aspirin (OTC, no prescription. Pick it up from a pharmacy) for headaches as a symptomatic relief and wait it out till you heal properly. But again, if you want it from a Dr, maybe I'm not the right person.
