Leander and Georgetown lo new property taxes are 2.93% anta. Is this true? Used to be 2.3 something @perugu_vada @RPG_Reloaded

depends on the community uncle .. 

Homestead in Leander aithe 2.3% or something .. elsewhere it is about 2.8% or so ..

Depends on where in Crystal Falls. 
There are a lunch of houses with view in Fairlands that retained value as view and gated communities retain value

Its all based on the sub division. Travisso is 3% and Deerbroke is close to 2.1 or 2.2. It varies vayya.

Very true. And this is true for most of the communities on Ronal Reagan. All are overhyped just because they are next to the road. I think this only happens where our desi crowd is around. 
Normally house prices are low when they are next to a freeway or a big road in US unlike in India prices go High.

What’s the reason people go for higher property tax communities when they’re clearly lower ones available near by? It’s significant tax difference and they all come under same ISD
