I wanna go for veggie diet so Protein day by day ela Distribute cheyyali ani question.. Fats carbs cover avtunnai.. Protein is only thing missing .. Lose fat current wt 170lbs ht: 5'8 I have already researched in bodybuilding dot com.. there is lot of info which is causing confusion regarding protein shakes..i have tried a bunch of them too last year. All i found out that i cannot Stomach them easily except Casein protein. Just wanted to get advice if someone has been not taking Protein in form of powders marketed all over.. there are general misconceptions like having shake after and before workout and most of the population do live on it. I use ON gold standard whey , its definitely one of best quality proteins in the market ... and i take it post workout .. well i have started the same program where fat lose and muscle build is simultaneous..i use to workout very regularly//Last year due to injury i had to give a break of almost 7 months gained almost 20 lbs :P protein shakes teskovatam manesa cuz they are hard on my stomach.. i tried most of the brands over years.. i can only take casein protein at night..pre/post workout protein either i vomit or get into diarrhea (Not Lactose intolerant).. ON/Isopure/Nitrotech/myfusion/vegas tried all of this.. i'm kinda vexed with this protein shakes.. So i'm trying to find out alternatives for these..
