yes... shred is tough man you need to do HITT in middle.... but end loo results are good ... I love to do it again but my companions cant do that ....so going with size ... challenge antey everyone who has fitbit made a group and 4 weeks loo only from monday - friday who has top miles and steps win the challenge...


Shred is a quite a good program I do only 40% of HIIT in middle gym lo vaadu cheppi na samanlu dorkatledu puskaralu laaga vuncle aunties coming. I feel the difference but I haven't lost much weight.. Frame lo diff vachindi

Calorie deficit on weekdays surplus on weekends .. I probably lost water weight konchem strong ga diet follow avvali inka like django..I will go back to beginner level compound exercises after done with shred program

nenu kuda gym ki pothunna, but not daily, week ki atleast 4 days gym and remaining days skating, swimming.

 

na goal - to do pull ups with out any support.
