Hey guys, started lee labrada 12 week body lean program in may, still 4 weeks to go..lost 3-4 inches at waist and 5 lbs on weight...madhyalo oka 10 days break vachindhi due to injury

Today Leg Day

 

start with stretching

 

75 squats (25 reps with 95 lbs, 25 reps with 115 lbs, 25 reps with 135 lbs)

50 reps Leg extensions (30 reps with 135 lbs, 10 reps with 90 lbs, 10 reps with 45 lbs)

36 reps lying leg curls with 90 lbs

54 reps leg press (36 reps with 270 lbs, 9 reps with 180 lbs, 9 reps with 90 lbs)

60 walking lunges by holding 30 lb dumbells in each hand

60 standing calf raises with 100 lbs.

 

Ab exercies: 60 straight leg raises in 3 sets, 40 ab crunches in 2 sets, 36 ab crushes on ab coaster.

 

finish with stretching.

edi emi sets ? Instead of drop sets more reps with less weights this is vice versa
