In a truly multicultural society, people will discuss these issues and frame reasonable rules, acceptable to majority. In India, this consensus will tend towards banning beef.

As a former RSS member (around high school time), and someone who still keeps in touch with a few friends from RSS, I think RSS is fairly representative of upper caste India.

 

That's how fcuked up India is. I trust the socialists in RSS more than the traders.

 

BJP is not like other parties. Other parties don't openly take majoritarian positions. And the majoritarian position is not even of majority in India.

 

Their 'development' agenda is useless if they don't learn to navigate India's system without claiming people's lives. Congress is much better.
