no gymming amma..just 8-10 miles running every day..resistant band using..just tone maintain chayyadaniki...!!

kewl baa...nenu india ki going for a month so resistance bands konna for training just morning 5 min skips 30 secs dips 30 secs burpees 30 secs jumpsquats 30 secs v-ups 30 secs montain climbers ala 2 times chesi resistance bands chesthunna

roju leg rises chai..flat ga padukoni and chair meedha kurchoni..nights ne back meedha padukovali moslty and nee right knee kinda edhina height petti paduko..swelling emi lekapothae all fine..runners knee very common injury..week lo thaggipovali..!!but 3 miles daily ki neeku ee problem rakoodahae..over weight emina unnava adi kooda reasons avvochu...!!and konni days treadmill meedha train avvu rather than uneven surfaces.
