My goals are pretty simple be on track and gain strength.. work on my lower back and start deadlifts. I also wanna go calisthenics, but i injured my tricep too :( .. so lowerback and tricep issue now.. active recovery is very important.

I am doing professional beginners assignemts macha... sure tesdam... naa basement lo studio setup chesaaa...

I went Rogue since January 1st.. Anakin Skywalker Mode.. No workout since 5 weeks.. and planning on drinking beer today for superbowl ... been very long.. My Sobriety ends today..

the tips that you gave actually working with a change in workout which includes ab workouts for 5 days.

last week nunchi regularga gng to gym...i am jst balancing my calorie count for now
