i mostly go with veggies and fruits...but i am not able to reduce the carbs if i am going vegan..@~`

Vorniee yeshalooo nee laa weight lifter/ body builder kakapovachu but na range lo nenu bane chesta weights. Na main intention is to reduce my tummy.

Ni tummy taggadu.. taggina malli vostundi if you do cardio.. Spot reduction is myth.. Overall fat body nunchi povali and tummy area is last to go. If you do weights or resistance training or HIIT then you will build muscle.. which inturn will help to cut fats.. Loads of it. Tarvata last lo tummy potundi..

yeah very tough to be vegan .. long time padtundi to get results comparitively.  Unless you are already ripped.

If already ripped can easily go vegan. Cuz ripped bodies( if endomorphs) can handle carbs very well. In case of ectomorphs veganism won't cause any issues (assuming they are working out). Vegan bodybuilding ani untadi...check that out.

Uncle na post malli chaduvu ... I am not doing only cardio... weights kuda chestuna but mareee aa video lo la kadu na range lo nenu chestuna ani.
