250gms extra lean ground turkey breast

deep fry ki avocodo oil

butter- 3 spoons

fresco cheese-1oz

breakfast- butter-3spoons

         omelette  with pepper jack tilamook cheese and avocado oil-4 eggs

lunch : turkey meat balls

dinner : Tofu, turkey meat ball-1, coco cocoa fat bomb-0.5

coco cocoa fat bomb lo oka porapatu jargindi, almond powder badulu psyllium husk kalipi chesesa :(

Deep fry ki avacado oil haa nenu antha deep frys tinalenu le I would get kababs or patties made instead

Gauc with boiled eggs

grilled chicken with sautéed spinach 

tilapia with cabbage
