You should not use anything SKIM in keto. You are defeating the purpose.. Shed the mentality of Fat free.. they remove fat and add sugars not printed on labels..No low fat and fat free's from now its more dangerous.

Gattiga Full milk cheese ee tinu.. it has both good fats and proteins. Research about bullet proof coffee.. but try it out on weekends and see if it sits well in your stomach. It dinn go well with me though. but that's a great alternative.

Good Job on Butter 4 spoons.. i would suggest spread it across the day..  Keto is temperarily until you loose fat.. later you can shift to carb backloading or Low carb diet. You gotta join gym and do strength training. Cardio you can do only and only if it is HIIT, else if you do long cardio it might potentially burn out your muscle, stalling fat loss, slowing metabolism.

I hope this posts are helping others too.. atleast that was the motive.

its fairly common... by day 4 you will feel lot better. post day 6 or 7 increase your calories as i said. That will help to revive your metabolism.

Your body is craving for carbs and sugar hence headache and dizziness. Slowly it will turn to Ketones for fuel. where it will burn fat to retrieve energy. i'm telling you with first hand experience.

Same here but tinali.. Sunday ho ya monday roj khau andey

One whole egg is 70 calories. so 280 +100 calories from butter or ghee or coconut oil. I prefer butter for eggs and ghee for chicken.

I do like this : Day 1 4 whole eggs scrambled with spinach

                       Day 2 4 whole eggs boiled and sauted with spices

                       Day 3 4 whole eggs omlette ( i try to make it like pizza :) )

                     Repeat mode. Currently im taking 6 whole eggs.

Soy is fine for women.

Not fine for men in long term.

one more thing.. pls avoid unneccessarily  info like 8pm avtundi.. varsham vastundi .. godugu podugaindi.. No one is interested in knowing your time. Hit directly to point.. it will help us. 8pm or 9pm doesn't make difference.. all the difference it makes is you completed your macros Y/N and proper sleep of 6-7 hours. Try to have atleast 12 hours gap in your last meal to first meal of next day. you can try this for atleast 2-3 days in week. That will elevate fat loss. Read about Intermittent Fasting too. I implemented IF with Keto..Wouldn't recommend in week 1 but you post week 4 anyone can do it. Reason for not doing IF on Keto in week 1 is , first week is pretty heavy as body tries to make a metabolic shift to use fat as fuel rather than carbs (glucose). By week 4 body is totally adjusted to use fat as fuel so IF can be implemented easily to elevate fat loss. This again depends on person to person on their strong will and other factors.

Soy almond milk everything is waste they have added sugars such as cane sugar it's not at all recommended. Nenu first lo adi use chestunde but not anymore

Bro nu one meal ki almost 200g chicken tesukovachu annav kada but not more than 30gm of protein body will get kada at  any meal 🤔
