Flop comes 579 two diamonds. BB checks and I lead out now with small bet 95 to fire trigger, surprisingly guy with 500 folded and other player folds and BB raises to 395. I thought a while and just flatted now with nuts as I don't see diamonds raise right away flop and his range are sets and two pairs here. Tuen comes 4 off, now he bets 685, I thought a while and raise to 1655 now. He thinks a while and jams Allin. I snap him off. River is brick. He opened pocket 7s and I had nuts. I won 8K pot. 

u kiddin me now. this is interesting and unbelievable. are you sure it is a 2/5 nl game? I haven't seen a pot went more than 4k, that too once in a blue moon, in a 2/5 game.

I'm ok to lose with nuts running into a beat on river.I like to get my money in with nuts on turn anyday, with just one card to go and the opponent is running thin on odds to hit it.

Of course yes. You can see multiple 3k stacks in 2/5 anyday in MGM

Agreeed bayaa yes thin chances to one card to pair the board on river and you got payed.. how would you have played if the turn was a diamond then you wouldn't have nuts going to river.. Would you have still value check raised him on the turn(not putting him on diamonds) or just called..what would you have done if the board paired or fourth diamond  or brick comes on river and BB shoves on you..
