Seriously bhayya last month went to india after 4 years and prices are all time high.. malli real estate goranaga lechindi. Was saving up from last 3 years to invest slowly and felt so bad that last 8 months - 1 year lo goranga perigayi.. 2016 december lo na frnd gadu 57 lakh petti villa konnadu,, apatlo antha avsarama anukunna, ipudu same villa is going for around 90 lakhs..

inka konni chusa and who ever invested before an year ago or so, they will easily end up easily in 25 -30 lakhs profit margin if they sell now. Parents ki help cheddam anukunna edo vidanga to get them a good apartment or villa and prices are sky rocketed.. oka vidanga cheppali ante ee bodi sale gadu chesina black and white kalam naati demonetization pani ki, most of the people are not keeping money in the banks and keep rotating money outside.. Asalu ipduu invest cheyyadam right time aa, kondaru recession antunnaru next year and  lekhapothe malli all time high lo koni stuck aithe malli next 3-4 years varaku prices stable unde chances unnai kadha.

Any suggestions people ??
