I think he's the only guy with half decent suggestion in this thread.

India needs a dictator, who'll shut uppercastes up. take away all their property. close down all the social media, ban entertainment, and make people design and manufacture and do whatever they can in a production nd distribution chain. open up evening classes for everyone who can't read, force them to go after work.

people can get used to almost anything after a few years, until they break.  so after some 20yrs, that dictator can be killed, and democracy restored. by that time, lower castes would be on par with all others.

the problem is, all dictators so far are right wing. except Lenin/Stalin/Mao. and the results are there to see. Russia made so many inventions in its 40yr dictator rule. If only they allowed themselves to trade with others, and not be inside a shell, the world would be a lot different today.

Kerala is very backward state in India. Once I went to give some tablets  to my friends mom they stay in this village . It was like hell very dangerous place to visit. No lights no transportation .Moral of the story is Red politics are not good to the world .

communism is not about distribution of wealth.

that is the current neoliberalism, which redistributes wealth. the system you live now is the one that redistributes wealth to sustain itself. communism doesn't ask for redistribution.

communism is a state of statelessness. where there is no govt. when there's no govt, there are no laws that can be enforced. no one to protect your property. Yes, its all communism. read marx on what communism is. but its not something that can be achieved without starting from capitalism.
