all our breakfasts are carb rich, they are meant for physical activity not really suitable for sedentary lifestyle, they start a blood sugar spike first thing in the morning, you will be on the roller coaster of sugar spikes - hungry vicious cycle and lose control on what you are eating, you have to stop the initiation of such up and downs

best way is add protein (rich in virtually all vital nutrients) or fat (avocado is the only fruit rich in fat and mineral)

reg indian breakfasts, if you can climb 20 floors daily once you go to work, then yes.. if not prefer whole foods as breakfast, rice in any form would spike blood sugar

lightly boiled egg can be awesome breakfast

Tofu can cause estrogen spikes in some women, watch the portions
