LDL is high but don't have to worry much

Cut down junk. Regular walks. Try jump rope 5-8 mins a day. Cut down red meat. Sleep more. Reduce sugar. Eat homemade food. Less oily food. Early early in the night ( at least 2-3 hours before you go to sleep )

Reducing cholestrol is not a overnight process. It will take time. Dont  make any extreme changes to your diet. keto beto lauda lasoon waste ( only temporary results and side effects )

Also look up Intermittent fasting and see how your body responds to it.

Agreed !  manchi interesting foods for vegetarians cheppandi @soodhilodaaram . No egg no mushrooms no meat . Thanks in advance.

agree, 75% carbs - 25% fat and protein is the key to a balanced diet
