Active antey minimum 20 mins of high heart rate work out

Yes ask them to get a check up.

Reduce starch, sugars and add workout like brisk walk

cholesterol increasing is common in USA. we do not do much excercise, stay in ac rooms, eat a lot of junk..

nothing to worry about eat omega3 capsules or add fish to your diet.

Daily alcohol aaa that explains a lot bro... good that you cut down on it...

try to cutdown caffeine like have a cup in the morning and one in the evening..

naku okappudu baaga heart burn vachedi almost every night... i used to have beer everyday...

naa life style lo em change ledhu but heart burn reduced by itself...

next time you get heartburn or reflux sleep on left side of the body....
