Actually i feel better if i work out during periods.  Cramps naku taggutayi. I def go to gym that day.  

Naku irritation kuda taggutundi . Lekapote my patience levels are very low during periods.

Sleep is the best relief. Work affect avuthundi Naaku oka 2 days but tarvatha overtime chestha. Regarding pain I sleep on my stomach during that time. Massage laga undi baguntundi Naaku and heat pack

If I have to run around multiple labs all day, I would hate it. I especially hate the days when I have my period and I have to bleed mice, I feel like I am sharing their pain in bleeding.
