I said that's it's better to give GC to low paying testing job chese Indian immigrant than homeless Somalian immigrants. Read my comments before commenting.

No, I started the thread with cheap testing job because @Tellugodu made fun of people doing testing job on how they can get GCs. I started the thread with that because I think testing job chese Indian immigrant deserves GC more than homeless Somalian immigrant, which is why I support S386. Context telikunda don't talk.

similar people compare pay in CA vs pay in idaho and feel we are making a better pay check...

Even with high cost of living, people who work in Bay Area ending up saving lot then people who work in Idaho with low cost of living.
