May be possible but not in 2021. sometime in the mid 2022… there is 50% chance USCIS have enough demand until 2022 as of now so they may not move dates forward

EB3 downgrade 140's approvals issue resolve ayye varaku ee mess thappadu. Mostly next year eb3 filing dates will move to 2015 2016 making it more messy.

I feel Charlie is cautious now he will get to 2014 as promised and be done with it..I am thinking he is more cautious about retrogression thats why I don't believe he will move dates fast enough and will do wait and watch mode otherwise it can backfire him going by logic of FD reaching FAD in 8 to 12 months..
