It's not a big deal to move dates but if USCIS is acting up there isn't any value, I agree it will help get EAD's but it also depends at what extent the applicants are ready. Lot of people in 2014 may have already filed in Oct-Dec  2020. So this movement is not new.

He will definitely take into 2014 roads which can happen q1 end or q2 beginning not sure how deep into 2014 he will move will have to wait and watch bro ..the other friend is correct since mostly all 2014 filers have applied in Oct he should have the demand data clearly mostly by q1 and he can move dates accordingly,  he will factor in uscis processing capacity so he will move cautious is my feeling

CO is a joke, he says he want to see demand so he like to move dates, same CO says he cannot move dates because USCIS is unable to process.

CO should move dates to 2011 for eb2 and eb3 by Sep 2021 reporting Usceis fault for not processing and wasting GC. uncles with earlier pd  2010, 2011 will get gc instead processing mass applications and avoiding GC wastage.

FY2022 fb will not come to EB all dates will be retrogressed.

He seems cautious about final action dates. But on other side he wants to see demand for next year even after knowing uscis going to waste spill over this year. Moving filing dates again is enough to mess uscis work load again causing everyone to be in deadlock for near future.

More people upgrade 140 to premium the better it would be for everyone. I still don't understand why some people even ask if they can upgrade to PP. They are not doing favor for anyone except for themselves. This way, USCIS can get accurate demand for EB3.

GC is another joke in 2020. Priority Date lost it's value.

Inko 1-2 months wait sesthe 2500$ save avuthayee ani asha. Elagu 9 months aagamu, inko 1-2 months aagudam le ani. 

Uscis vaadu 140 processing times October November 2020 ani pettadu website lo. So majority thinking it will get approved soon in regular.
