H1 and 485J are not related. You can always send medicals for your satisfaction but there is no guarantee that it will be tied to your application. Just read in telegram that someone Interfiled the Medicals but he still got Medical RFE.

Your date will become current next month bulletin. Better to do premium if you don't mind spending 2500$

This is from DoS in reply to a youtube question. I wont be surprised if the EB3 FAD reaches Jul 2014 by year end or by Q1 2022 (calendar year, not USCIS Fiscal)

 

Hi Charlie - do we expect that Oct 2021 will reach July 2014 specially when on Oct 2020 visa bulletin - it was published with application date Jan 2015?

At this time we would not expect the India EB-3 final action date to reach July 2014 before November at the very earliest. May be possible but not in 2021. sometime in the mid 2022… there is 50% chance USCIS have enough demand until 2022 as of now so they may not move dates forward

Ya it is confusing.but some 2014 folks are getting medical RFEs according to telegram groups.May be their plan is to move FAD to end of 2014 in fy2022 and then retrogress
