Usually how long does it take to get to know whether USCIS has accepted our I-140petition or no? I did upgraded for premium processing last week, still no update, Attorney did not receive any response either, sent to Texas service center, PD 2013 July.

2-5 days, if not you can assume you will get RFE

my PP for 140 is accepted by U$CI$ yesterday.  Hope they approve soon. we sent package on last Tuesday.

I heard texas is taking even longer to respond due to uptick in premium processing requests. So I guess wait another week or two.
