Yeah i know. there are few cases from 2009 pending too. My neighbor's date is current since October 2020. Current DOF is Feb 2014 bhayya. He is not looking to move more than a year it looks like. He already has demand data from 2014-2015.

Very much possible. If they just go by received date then few unlucky 2010 2011 eb2 people who filed in November and after might have to wait for few more years.
