As long as birth city name matches you should be fine.  Passport lo just city name vuntadi kada, how did you got area name too ? Home address em vunna parledu. Bio page lo city/place of birth vuntadi, adi important.

Somehow passport lo they took area name from my home address, so place of birth : Ameerpet ani pandindhi  (may be I made mistake in passport application)

Broker gave  some govt hospital name in Birth certificate so place of birth : hospital name ,Begumpet, Hyderabad  ani undi

Change employer.. and reapply EAD/AP with I485j.. you are good because you exceeded 180 days since application..

how long an h1b permit employee can work outside USA like India. e.g, a employee can go india continue to work for an US employer who sponsored h1, taking US salary.. some Desi companies / consultancy support that. I know around 3-6 months is ok but like year or more is ok ?
