you having a problem with your muslim neighbour is not something that needs to be escalated to the national level by drawing silly equivalences to how muslims in general behave, as if you understand everything about them. that's just your insecurity and arrogance there.

the issue here is, use of state power to privilege particular communities. India, Pakistan and Bangladesh all do it. Doesn't mean that its right.

people of different ethnicities, languages, religions, castes will fight each other. Its the nature of groups. Don't pretend as if the group you are representing is spotless, while you are wishing the other side to the worst consequences for actions that 99% in their group didn't even commit. or even have knowledge of.

you are indirectly telling your govt to act on your behalf to prosecute them for crimes they didn't even commit.  if you think this is fair, you are already far gone.

What was the composition of Indian subcontinent before Mughals invasion? 100% Hindu and 0% Islam. Start your story from there. Everything that happened in Kashmir is a retaliatory action to protect India and its muslim population from Islamic Army of Pakistan

Even if you add the numbers of muslims killed by Hindu Army, it will be hardly at some 10,000 in last 50 years . This 10k was the daily count of Bangladesi Cleric or Mullah who killed as many Hindus in a day.
