still .. if u compare with other jobs .. s/w job lo oche money and comforts endhulo nu undavu uncle .. trust me .. life ain't easy outside .. especially for most of us who are lazy to even clean our restrooms once a week

my job is never fixed hours .. ichina work complete cheskunta .. even if that means login during weekends .. but wat i never miss out is, physical workout cheyatam ..

white color jobs..lo konchem luxury vundedi..konta mandike...most of the other SE are not so smooth...

Majority people...(specially Tech in banking sector..) going through lot of hel...with financial clients...

in banks...all the top management...who holds the money are financial , non technical...and the way they treat SE or ask questions...are really mental torture...
 

i talk directly with few portfolio managers..and some traders in my work... Front Office culture anedhi ok...realtime hel....
