1) Vitamin D levels check

2) bhastrika pranayama and  deep breathing Pranayama  ( Oka vela BP unte bhastrika pranayama chaalaa slow gaa cheyyali )

3) Get IMPCOPS ( or another other company , naaku last time Ayurvedic doctor idi chepparu )  companies Chawanprash and take one spoon every day morning

complete sadhguru Isha innerengineering.

inner engineering + inner engineering completion courses untayi.. they teach you shambhavi maha mudra kriya.. if you practice daily. energy will be increased a lot..

or you can start with surya namaskar.. info on youtube.. if you do few sets after wake up, you will see change.

 

also you need to know what type of food you are eating (sattva, tamas, rajas) -  always lazy means one is more tamasic.. so reduce those qualities and bring more sattvic lifestyle..  eat more freshly cooked veg food.. don't eat meat often..

neeku nachindi, mind ki tochindi maatrame cheyi. energy enti, daani amma baabu kooda vastaayi.
