Ya avunu. Apart from normal works, nen kuda 10k steps pucca chesa with some light weight lifting. Just cooking matram em cheyale malla smell chusi tempt aita ani.

Next week kuda 48 hours chesta Thursday to Saturday. Then I want to try 72. Chusta if I can really do. Workouts ki kastam aitundi ani I'm hesitating about 72.

Target em ledu. Detoxify kosam. Chala chetta pampistam body Loki teliyaka due to kalthi, GMO stuff etc ...alanti vi clear avvadanki. 72 hours toh body goes into autophagy which is very very very good for your health. You can check this video if interested

Ee 72/48 hours fasting toh weight loss targets waste...because once u start eating normally u LL go back to ur normal weight. But the good news is body got enough rest kada so metabolism kuda improve aitadi.
