7.3 is light bro. Just exercise cheyyu like walking 1 hour atleast 4-5 days a week. weight taggiyyu .. reduce your sugar intake and you will see wonders in 3 months !

You can reverse it with 4 things:

Diet - Don't take any special diets like keto or something. Just don't eat your stomach full. You should always have some space in your belly. Limit carbs and eat more fiber. Night asalu rice thinoddu. Sajja rottelu, jonna rottelu, chapathilu laantivi thinochu. Breakfast and Dinner lite ga undaali, Biryani laantivi kavalante lunch lo thinochu. Sugar and Salt baaga thagginchu. Ee changes valla stomach lite ga untundi and your overall health will improve.

Exercise - You don't need to do any specific exercise. Just add walking to your lifestyle. If you want to buy something, then prefer walking. If you want TV remote, water bottle, or something, then get it yourself instead of asking others. I'd recommend 5 mins walk for every half an hour. This is an extremely great alternative to morning walk or evening walk. You should try to walk as much as possible.

Smoking and Drinking - Completely quit smoking and drinking. Stay away from them as if they are poisons.

Laxatives - Diet and Exercise won't help anyone to cleanse their system if their liver is not functioning properly. If you're obese, you need laxatives to improve your digestion. I'd recommend Triphala Churna. India lo aithe Rs 80 ki chinna bottle vastundi. You can use it for 1 or 2 months. Night padukovataniki half an hour mundu oka spoon warm water lo kalipi thaagu. Biryani thinna fast foods thinna kuda morning ki motham clear chestundi. Your overall health will improve within 3-4 months.
