Thanks vayyas for all your tips and suggestions. Eroje walking started also moved my work laptop to treadmill and walk chesthu work chestuna slow mode la.

@tennisluvrredux bro ucha padthundhi daily sweets sugar icecream okati thinta after lunch weeken biryani week ki oka pizza, sub ninna pancakes almost everyotger day diet coke doctor pepper. One good thing entantey ekuva thinanu also mrg coffee tagutha anthey madhyanam 2.30 ki lunch lite ga chestha rice first junchi istam undadhu malla night dinner baaga thinta malla rice ekuva undadhu. @csrcsr bro oka na ah cool drinks kuda cut cheyala? No smoke and drink.

very easy to reverse it.

it's not a disease. it's a condition. everything is in your hands to change the condition.

some tips 

  1.  your body is loaded with insulin because of frequent sugary meals and no exercise
    1. reduce frequent meals. eat nuts or fruits for snacks
    2. add 20mins of exercise after meals or any time
    3. skip breakfast ( we really don' need breakfast )
  2. reduce fat around waist
    1. eat less and work more
  3. eat more vegetables
    1. eat veggies first and then carbs
  4. drink water 
  5. eat more protien
