yes if one is fine with 2k sq ft home. If we go beyond even to 2300sqft there is significant price difference

Premium community, choice of builder or model, Lot size, availability and pricing etc.. are all reasons.

In Austin area desi crowd is not considering schools seriously as charter schools are a good alternative. 
But regardless, even if it is the same school district the school rating change drastically. For instance, Travisso doesn't have a single good rating school where as Bluffview has all 3 top rated schools

Depends on what you are looking for. 
next to all 3 schools. Decent community with small community center, gym, pool and trails with decent tax rates and okay builders. Check if Perry or GFO are still selling…
