During the call he was calling me with my name, at the closing time when discussing about remote matter, he started with “bro” and said I purchased my dream home 8 months back itself, moved here, my parents are here last month itself for a 6 months stay, I’ve to again move to apartment along with them, cancel their tickets and book from that city etc etc

I doubt you are interviewer … fake cheyaku man 😃

thanks bhayya, same thoughts, yeah desperate situation lo evaru etla matladatharo manage cheyadaniki, how we get into trouble we never know.  That’s why I told him talk to the recruiter and hiring manager. And, I simply gave feedback saying he is ok technically and recommended for managerial round, the next round usually. Not other points mentioned from my side.

Good - Thammudu, Thammudey . . . . Peykaata, Peykaate

I don't understand buying investment homes in Texas suburbs.

$700k - 4b/2ba home would rent for $2.5k ~ $3k a month in Frisco

Rental income $30k ~ $36k
Property Tax (-) $22k
HOA (-) $2k
Home Insurance (-) 5k
CapEx (-) 2k
Considering no mortgage

All this hassle when there are new home projects popping up down the road every week.

who is buying for 700k max budjet 250k Vasu anna konnadu

San antonio lo maree 1.5k ~2k ki unnai ga houses with 7+ Elementary school ratings. Same issue there too.

Property taxes are too high for SFH as an investment property. Multi-family, apartments are a different story.

Selling would be a better investment choice ani na point.
