post work out is best time to take these kind of foods man....i usually mix my protein shake with dextrose ...fast acting sugars....which spike our insulin levels...so mana nutrients anni muscles ki fast gaa velthaayi

gold standard whey is pure protein kadha carbs chaala thakkuvanukunta......post work out ke ekkuva carbs kaavali baa...so add almond milk banana etc etc

manam observe chesunte gym lo chaala mandhi gummy bears or gatorade thecchukuntaaru....its becoz vaatilo dextrose vuntundhi...50% faster than the fructose
