because women do not have 'networks' to access and profit from them, to the extent guys do. lets not pretend that people who work all got them because they are talented. Obviously this lack of network make them feel the pinch more.

especially unmarried women, who if they try to access those 'networks' will be met with what, you know right?

gender is also an important component of that inequality.
