HDl bagunda? Only LDL problem a? I think u r doing good walking and low fat food..using olive oil etc chalu anukunta

include omega fish oil(supplement) and also walnuts to your diet...elaagu walking chesthunnav kaabatti u should be alright

enni workout lu chesina IT ppl lifespan is less and our bodies become weak overtime with full diseases, heart problems compared to average Indian.Because of our SOFTware jobs

avocado as breakfast everyday for the next 6 months, side effect is you will end up eating less junk as you feel full lot longer

add coconut oil and ghee to diet, add probiotics to your diet, increase sleep by 20%, ignore if you sleep 7 hrs minimum

Walking is not a workout. Period. Just say you don't workout.
