exercise may be one component only not as a whole, diet + exercise + overall outlook decides what we end up as

Sleep is fine. Minimum 7 hours I will sleep. I think I am a bit allergic to avocado. Thinte gonthu garugga untundi. Are Indian breakfasts bad even if I substitute rice with brown rice in dosa and idlis?
