I see the point of questioning the merit of meritocracy with respect to wealth inequality. But how is a random lottery better than meritocracy when you're talking about giving H1Bs?

Someone seems to be butthurt for doing a testing job, this thread is not about you. If anything the point of this thread is to give Green cards to Indians who do testing jobs. So please take your butthurt comments and put them where they belong.

I am a proponent of S386. I don't quite care about H1Bs, but since @Tellugodu pointed out, I said it should be given to people who get paid more.
