Asalu FAANG lo min 5 rounds untayi.  One after the other chestaru code rayali etc etc. Oka manager ki anta scene undadu to hire.  Everyone gives their feedback.  Then the decision is made. Interviewers against manager cannot make a decision just because he recommended.  It doesnt work that way. Recommend chesinavallu panel lone voluntary ga undaru. HR em cheyakunda cinema chustunda? Asalu things doesnt work that way. HR will make sure fair hiring process is in place.

I have friends who work in amazon as managers. They kept asking me and i recently told interested. I asked 3 months to prep they told reach out when you are ready for interview. Nenu perform cheyakapote chachina job radu. Vallaki oka resource kavali anthe. Out of way no one helps. We prep and perform well we get it. Anthe.

Google lo kuda i have a scheduled interview in May. Prepare kale abadham cheppa . Interview ravadam FAANG lo no big deal. Interview crack cheyadame challenge. Recruiter telisina interview vastundi. They assign to teams or projects once they hire.  Job ippechedi unte mana vallu wife sister bro bro in law niece nephew grand son nunchi jobs lo pettevallu.

Yes akka I agree .... job kottu pani puri recipe cheptha 😝

Bonus undada? not even stock bonus?

No yearly bonus. But good amount of joining stock bonus stock options which vest over 4 years. 3rd 4th year majority will vest. Amount depends on your negotiation and position level.
