Vellaru enduku ante. Akkada indian muslims are considered lowest grade. Also in Pakistan only a very few elites can have such life. It is like the british raj, but replaced by a few punjabi landlords.

Pakistan never did land reforms, leading to a few landlords owning huge chunks of land.

They are building this Bahra township in karachi. in 46,000 acres of land !!!!!! - like in amaravati. They already sold 105,000 plots and houses and expected accomodate 10 lac people. Everything beauitfully planned, huge roads, german hospitals, worlds 3rd largest mosque, university, cricket stadium, beautifull landscape, its own power plant, piped gas,US standard golf course and commercial highrise buildings.

Enthaina india nunchi escape ayyi lucky baa ee thuraqs. Pakistan may have lower income but they live in better houses, eat more meat and enjoy enjoy.

Basically it is the mother of all scams in Pakistan , land grabbing , ponzi scheme , double registrations , un scientific planning, etc .

There's nothing great about 'planning' and 'executing' an urban wasteland like that township or even Amaravati.

Its not some engineering marvel. Just some rich assholes throwing enough money and clout behind a plan, so they can stay in enclaves for themselves.

its funny that you are trying to compare this township to Amaravati. Are you admitting that Amaravati is a similar urban wasteland built only for the rich? lol. tongue slip aa.

Even if its not a scam, its ugly and pointless, and won't be successful. Dense cities are the only sustaining ones.

This looks like some park on the freeway. Not a serious city.

this dumbfcuk Telugodura thinks he has some serious insight into cities, and ends up posting such an ugly mess, while comparing it to the other ugly failed mess Amaravati.

whatever - the point is they can plan and execute such huge porjects. And pakistanis get to live in high quality housing not available to even ultra rich in india. That township alone will host a million people. Like that they have many in pakistan.

Because karachi is the economic engine of Pakistan , more than 54% of taxes in that country are from the city alone .

It's easy to sell housing when the economic base of the city is sound . Also bahria town is completely private , no government expenditure involved

Also because those who built this thing are fcuking dumb. And those who bought spaces inside it are too.

He's free to be entitled to his opinion , but he just fails to recognise that Pakistan government were not even involved in this project .

Hopefully they should take inspiration malik Riaz Hussain and make amaravathi into similar private entity and let's see where it goes

You maybe right. I am not saying we should go there. I am holding a mirror to india and how civilizationally india cant build $hit and does not respect those who build.

But i dont agree its only for elites - there cant be 10 lac elites in karachi.

thank god, India doesn't build sh1t like this. They tried it in Lavasa, and Amaravati and both were flops. good.

A city that has 6 car lanes one each side is not for elites or regular people. Its for cars. duh!

Its not a city. It looks like a driveway.

No, he's not entitled to his opinion. when his inferences are childish.

He starts off pretending to be man of the people, and posts utterly evil sh1t like this.

These photos really triggers me. hehehe.. Its not about him. I hate such sick cities that don't build for density.

Telugodura, Parrys corner (that's the actual name, not Parris. lol) is insanely gorgeous compared to this sh1t. And people actually make money there in loads.

yeah, they should clean up public urination, which is an issue all over India. Not just Parrys.
