does he have any stimming behaviors like hand flapping, looking for corner of eyes?Does he gets upset if there is a change in routine?These are main issues in autism

Hand flapping em ledu but last few months nundi ekkuvaga gokuthunnadu back and hands… asalu routine ledu… chala lazy… edi isthe aa clothes vesukuntadu edi pedithe adi thintadu .. school undi ani gurthu chesthe pothadu lekapothe adagadu eroju school unda leda ani…but chala curries thinadu like brinjal bendi etc… restaurants food istam.. oorike podam antadu…

how are fine and gross motor skills ? like  fine->(handwriting, eating with spoon)  and gross->(riding bike,kicking,catching,throwing ball etc).

Koncham slow unado emo man adhi kuda naku doubt ae,it's okay ,nuvu routine set cheyi, clothes vadine pick cheskomanu, vadine adudgu eroju school undha ledha, what day is it today ani etc, make him responsible, restaurant ki weekly once ani chepu , food tinte kuda tapa man, 

Aa scratching ki, did you change any detergent or got him new clothes etc..did you change anything? Clothes ki aa tags cut chesi choodu, naku clothes, bedsheets ki tags kanipoisthe , cut chesi padestha, neat ga untadhi ani

his speech is underdeveloped. He can speak in sentences but story cheppaledu… 5 yrs ki undalsinantha speech maturity ledu.. confusion between telugu and english…

 

other problems is rules ardam kavu… like how to play hide and seek or tag.

he can write from 1-100, knows small and big alphabets and some spellings… can write his name.

goes to a preschool from 9-1 but never had any friends to play with at home until now! But he loves to play with kids… valla intiki podam vella intiki podam ani pothadu but cant play meaningfully just tag laga aduthundadu… or race chestunadu with his scooter and bicycle(with training wheels).

pediatrician and valla teachers emo slow unnadu spectrum lo undakapovachu emaina unte mild undochu antunnaru…

other areas of concern is konni sounds ki ears close chestadu… he doesnt fuss or upset but just aa sound ayyentha varaku (mostly for our pressure cooker whistles). 
 

speech therapy ippiddam anukuntunnam… but is it too late for 5 yr old.

I dont think he is in spectrum…if you want to rule out the benefit of doubt just get him diagnosed…and 5 yrs is not too old for speech therapy

Handwriting bane untadi… ante oka last 6 months nunde rastunnadu can write legibly in boxes 1-100, alphabets small and big, his name and some spellings.. eating with spoon oka 2-3 months nunde very messy oka 1 hr thintadu… anthakamundu thinipinchevallam never gave it to him… tv petti thinipinchevallam easyga ayipoddi ani… 

he rides his scooter (3 wheels) from almost when he was 21/2 yrs… too good.. vade nerchukunnadu… he rides his bike with trianing wheels on… konchem peddadi bike… kicking is ok, throwing ball is ok but catching is 0 asalu cheyaledu… ippati varaku eppudu ball tho adale vadu… always scooter or bike..

 

first kid baga garabam chesam eppudu thinipivvadam anni adagakamunde telusukonj ivvadam like water anagane ichesevallam… mothsm sentence cheppalamunde

 

also tv chala chusevafu in pandemic like daily 4-5 hrs

I think he is not in spectrum bro.Koncham slow unandu  ante.Main ga sensory issues like hand stimming, looking from corner of eye.hyper activity Levu.so he is good.FYI my son is 6 year old and can do all the above skills which your kid does but my son has lot of sensory issues like hand stimming,looking for cover of eyes, hyperactivity.He is diagnosed as high functioning and moderate on the spectrum
