Based on your words.. I think it’s mild anukunta.. you better get him diagnosed.. nothing wrong In it.. he will get therapy or classes accordingly…

Does he respond to his name ?
does he responds to all questions? Or will he ignore some questions, but if he likes the topic he will answer.. 
does he gives eye contact when you are talking to him?

does he understand the simple rules ? 
is he able to follow a two step activity ? Eg.. go the bed room and get me the shrug.. 

how he behaves outside ? In Stores like Walmart etc.. does he listen to you or want to run and get the things..

Don’t get too detailed into it…spectrumlo oka 100s of symptoms untai..its like one planet in universe…stimming is repitative behavior…some kids stimm their hands…some kids keep circling

I dont see any symptoms related to spectrum…my kid dont even understand what we are saying..its like an unknown language to him…but he understands we are asking something…so keeps doing all the signs he know

Except the game rules... rest all are good signs bro.. kids usually need little bit push for chore’s.. so that is fine..
usually most of 5 year kid will understand the game rules and play with other kids based on rules.. idi okati minus undi.. and you mentioned he cannot tell story rt.. might be more of speech delay.. can he tell what did he do at a store or school in detail or bits and pieces?
