i remember 2006/07 lo kuda ilane annaru... next decade is india's ani... people will come back.. 15 years forward nothing changed. 

only people who are coming back are those who got senior roles in product companies that can pay upwards of 1CR. many of those also holds US citizenship or at least are in a position when there want they can get a L1A and transfer back to US.

one thing that is changed is earlier people use to come to US (or any foreign country) just for money but now they are moving for a good quality of life.

On every livability index India is dead last, quality of life is one of the main reason majority of the people will never go back to India. The AQI levels itself may shorten your life span 

USA is a high end technology, pharma mover on which the world is dependent upon, every freaking drug ftom vaccines to major deseases are licensed.

India is dependent on services revenue otherwise a trade deficit nation which imports more than it exports and it is not going to chnage majically. Unless you are at the top of the food chain you will lead miserable life and slog like a slave on 9-7 job

While India is just getting started....our political system...although imperfect....is implementing reforms at a rapid pace.

As long as india has the same horrible political setup nothing will change 

Judiciary is close to non existent for cases that are not related to politicians , it will take decades for minor cases to be concluded 

Urban bodies have no power , indian cities are still horrible because the states control them. Their power is derived from the state voters , not the cities voters. .

private schools are approaching US level fees with little to no infrastructure ,  private colleges are just terrible and the few quality govt college seats are impossible to get 

America has problems but they still have working systems , infrastructure is already in place , great quality schools , colleges are plenty

India has to control its population aggressively & should make huge investments in infrastructure. Ippudu chaaaalaaaaa population undi. Inko ten years, lakshla koddi youngsters ki jobs kavali. Avi raavu. kabatti Crime perugutundi. US ki poyedemi ledu. They r stronger than ever.
