yaa bhayya........kickboxing will help strengthen ur arms.......ya cardio untadhi at the same time upper body ki manchi workout coz of punching n all...

haha........prabhas laa raavali ante.........gym eh bhayya.........serious ga workout continuous ga chesi n diet kuuda manchiga follow avvali.........coz manam workout chesina manchi fud teskokapothe it's no use bhayya...........

haha........prabhas laa raavali ante.........gym eh bhayya.........serious ga workout continuous ga chesi n diet kuuda manchiga follow avvali.........coz manam workout chesina manchi fud teskokapothe it's no use bhayya...........

nen epuddu teeskole bhayya.........but indhaka online lo chuustunte ee link dorikindhi indulo tips ichaaru etla teeskovaali edhi teeskovali ani ,............okasari chuudu bhayya

n my advice......incase if u r really serious about kickboxing initial ga CKO kickboxing or else edanna local boxing classes lo join avvu bhayya.......it really helps u out n then mayb u can practice at home........coz nen okasari 5-6 classes teeskunna it was a good experience just basics eh but still it was  gud .......

nice baa.............nenu kuuuda bachelors nundi on n off ga work out chestunde.........edo 6 pack kakapoyina manchigane untunde like koncham shape lone...........tarvatha ikkadiki MS ki vachinaka manam chese off-campus jobs ki asala time undakapotunde sooo atla 2 yrs no gym.........but tarvatha first job vachinaka melliga chedham le ani anukuntunde but serious ga tteskole..........manchiga dengi thintunde.......thaagutunde chhusthe mana weight 206 pounds ayindhi ............apuddu i realized itlane unte inka 230-240 dhaala pothaam ani.......seriously started workin out and in 4-5 months lost 30 pounds ..........

baa better oka 2 -3 months group classes ki vellu baa instead of buying a punching bag....group lo vuntey neeku manchi push vuntadhi...it really helped me alot......kickboxing mundhu nenu 30-40 dips continuos gaa theeyagaligevaadini kickboxing join ayina 2 months non stop gaa 75-80 thiyyagalanu.........

kick boxing with gym baa ...one day kickboxing next day weights.....oka 3 months cheyyi chaalu ...start chese mundhu pics theesuko and after 3 months nee pics choosuko...that's how we can track our progress baa

group on baa...gym lo chaala chotla bags vundav and gloves ivvaru..better oka 3 months ki bayata classes theesuko simultaneously gym chesthu.after that u can cancel the subscription
