Review petition should be based on this challenge?

pretty sure Hindus are not even trying to make a case. if they made a good case, this case can be reviewed, and decision overturned or diluted.

they just want political mileage from it.

all over twitter, people are making wonderful cases for Sabarimala status quo, but the bunch who represented their interests couldn't make it court? lol.

Yep, seems obvious. Otherwise, its a very very easy case to win.

whatever win they get here will be temporary. the women groups will keep filing litigations and testing how the fence holds.

eventually, women will be allowed into the temple. no one can stop that. but that will happen when the society changes, and there's less resistance for such a move.

right now, this is just political circus. potential to blow into some serious social disturbance.

If the beliefs are such, one should respect those and continue the course. And the “When the society changes” thingy would never come.

Hindu weak-link and political exploitation are the rootcauses of this situation. Unfortunately, it will create more unrest and riots for sure.

If society doesn't change, it rots. simple. all cool people will move away. it'll be over.

without cool people, cool traditions, there's no society.

the 24/7 hatred against pulkas has nothing to do with caste? haha..

dont say some kammas also attack pulkas. big deal. I attack hindus. same thing.

yes castism is reality in india and some uppercaste (kammas in my state) can be obnoxious

however its more of a ego tussle and not some danger to anyone's life or way of life

dude, don't start again. I was responding to that asshole in the thread who claimed that Hindus have moved beyond caste.

he himself hasn't, actually. If hindus moved beyond caste, they would be discussing about material welfare for hindus, and how best to achieve it. Not fighting pointless fights defending their religion.

keep talking about her, and don't question the morons who represented your 'beliefs' in this case.

that's what she wants too. more attention.
