What are the preferential rates? where are the rates. Thats all i am asking - you are dragging this to fourth page now with mystical stuff about informal, non-existing in paper. Just show them and shine.

Instead you are mumbling like you got marbles in your mouth. Nuvvu nee gutter tactics. thooo

Holy crap. You are still asking about rates. Lol.

It's not mythical dumbfuck. You are not even reading what I'm saying, it's obvious from the bs questions you are asking.

Is there a more meaningless post than this. Are you saying us gladly suffered for china? do you understand how trade works.

It is clear what you want to say - "US 'allowed" china to grow. Otherwise there is no chance that inferior yellow race could have grown. Chinese themselves have no agency no ability to decide or marshall their strength. They are passive no -nothing fellows who grew because us allowed them to."

And till now you havent answered why not just US - almost every country in the world imports more from china than it exports.

Yes. US allowed China to grow. Ask any Chinese from china next time if that is true. They won't be ashamed to admit it like you are.

Yes, almost every country has trade deficit with china except other Asian countries. Also US has specially outsized trade deficit with china. Europe has around 200b, US has 500b

Regulatory barriers for export of electronic goods. A lot of hitech US chips that could've gone on export control list were allowed to be exported to China, where they are assembled and shipped back to US as consumer products

Even Europe isn't accorded this privilege. The export controls are back on now btw.

Us "allowed" china to grow is hardcore racist statement. because you are such a rotten racist you dont even realize it is racism. India also runs a massive trade deficit with china - as a proportion even more than usa, So now india also "allowed" china to grow ?

Which chips ? I see lot of weasel words again "could have gone" implying they are not actually on export control list. Another weasel word is "lot of" without specifying which one.

what are the hi tech chips that grace only china but do not come from say - south korea to us?

You are an idiot. What else can I say.

Yes, india also allowed China to grow at the behest of its chillata traders. It's obvious.

Almost all telecom and computing chips are on export control list idiot. No country actually exports it's chips just to get products made by a foreigner. Remember it's for the domestic market and the products could've we'll been made in the US itself.

Somehow the US corporates convinced that it's okay to allow 3rd party Chinese manufacturers to handle ip that is apparently sensitive to US interests in maintaining a trade advantage.

US could've put a full stop to all of this long way back if they chose to

And yet I don't see anything of value from you in this conversation. Lol.

Do you dumbfuck blindly believe that Chinese magically rose because of hard work?

Even Chinese are gonna laugh at you if you accuse them of working hard. Lol

Really a chip is that valuable? you cant extract a chip from a consumer good? you can easily do that - i can rip any laptop or phone and get the chip out. Since these  finished consumer goods are sold all over world then it is accessible to everyone.

no one talks $hit like you.

There are a 1000 restrictions on buying commercial semiconductor fab machines from asml into the US itself. Way less than the number of restrictions on such a sale would be to china.

What the fcuk did you learn from ban on huawei if nothing that china was fre riding on a lot of open source and proprietary tech to power it's telecom devices?

Huawei will find way around it sure, but to pretend like US didn't go way too soft on china for a longtime is just idiotic.

Ripping out a chip and replicating it is no big deal, but selling finished goods from the chip back in western markets will be impossible.

Why did you think huawei was running from pillar to post to convince us govt that it wasn't stealing their tech? Because without legal access to these code, huawei has to come up with their own chips.
